Krishna Prasad Bhattarai Dies at 87 #kisunji #RIP

Krishna Prasad Bhattarai Passed away at 11:26pm (NST) on Friday Night.

Former Prime Minister and Maverick Leader of Nepali Congress (NC) Krishna Prasad Bhattarai, passed away at 11:26 pm on Friday (4th March 2011). Bhattarai died at the age of 87.

Krishna Prasad Bhattarai’s Assistant Amita Kapali and Dr. Bharat Rawat who was involved in the treatment of Bhattrai has confirmed Bhattarai’s death. Krishna Prasad Bhattarai was admitted in Norvic hospital, three weeks ago due to multiple health problems.

Born on 1924 in “Kashi”, was appointed Prime Minister of Nepal two times and he was the first speaker of the country too. He was also the founding president of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ). Bhattarai was seen as respectable figure in and outside the political circle.

Bhattarai’s body will be kept at Dashrath Stadium on Sunday for offering the last tribute.Then his body procession will be carried out from Dasharath Stadium to Pashupati Aryaghat for the last rites. His body will be cremated as per the Hindu rituals.

Until then, the body will be kept at his residence at Badegaun, Lalitpur where people can pay their last homage on Saturday.

Shirish Ko Phool : Review & Download

One of the finest book ever written in Nepali literature....Shirish Ko Phool and one of my personal favorite. I have read this novel over four times or say five times..and each time I finish the novel I feel pang and it hangs on my head for so many days. Why guilt is so painful that made such a strong woman called Sakambari to suicide..or die…?? The novel has a wonderful language..the simplest of all. SLC Result 2068/2069 Published

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi has published the results of the SLC examination for the academic year 2068, on Wednesday evening. Out of 528,257 examines, 47.16 percent students passed the SLC this year.
