भारतको सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेश अनुसार भारतका इन्टरनेट प्रदायक संस्थाहरु (ISP) ले फाइल सेयरिङ साइटहरु, टोरेन्ट, भिडियो साइटहरु तथा अन्य उपयोगी साइटहरुलाई ब्लक गरेकाछन् । आइसोहन्ट (Isohunt), पाइरेट वे (thepiratebay), किकएसटोरेन्ट (kickasstorrent) लगायतका टोरेन्ट साइटहरु तथा भिमियो (Vimeo) र डेलिमोसन (DailyMotion) जस्ता भिडियो सेयरिङ साइटका साथै पेस्टविन (Pastebin), एक्समार्क्स (Xmarks) जस्ता साइटहरुले 'पाइरेसी'लाई बढावा दिएको भन्दै उक्त साइटहरुलाई 'ब्लक' गर्न भारतको सर्वोच्च अदालतले 'आइएसपी'हरुलाई आदेश दिएको थियो । आदेश लगत्तै रिलायन्स, एयरटेल लगायत भारतिय इन्टरनेट प्रदायक संस्थाहरुले उक्त साइटहरु भारतमा ब्लक गरेकाछन्, तर त्यसैको असर स्वरुप नेपालका पनि केही आइएसपीहरुका प्रयोगकर्ताहरुले उक्त सेन्सरसिप सहन गर्नु परेको छ ।
भारतीय इन्टरनेट प्रदायक संस्थाहरुले साइट ब्लक गर्दा, नेपालमा पनि ती साइटहरु ब्लक हुन पुगेकाछन् । पेस्टविन, पाइरेट वे जस्ता साइटहरु नेपालका अधिकांश आइएसपीहरुबाट नखुल्ने भएकोछ, त्यसको सट्टा "अदालतको आदेश अनुसार साइट ब्लक गरिएकोछ" (Access to this site has been blocked as per Court Orders) भन्ने व्यहोराको म्यासेज पढ्नुपरेकोछ ।भारतमा लागु गरिएको सेन्सरसिप, हामीले पनि सहनुपरेको छ । भारतको अदालतको आदेश हामीले पालन गर्नुपर्दा र विनाकारण सेन्सरसिप सहनुपर्दा, एउटा स्वतन्त्र देशको नागरिकको लागि यो भन्दा ठूलो दुर्भाग्य अरु के हुन्छ होला? (नेपाल र नेपालीको पहिचान खोज्नुपर्नेबेलामा, जात र जातीको पहिचान खोजेर बसेका छौँ, त्यो अर्कै बहसको विषय होला।)

ट्विटरमा साथीहरु सँग छलफल गर्दा, वेवसर्फर, एनसेल, वल्डलिंक लगायतका ग्राहकहरुले भारतको अघोषित वेव सेन्सरसिप नेपालमा पनि सहनुपरेको छ । भारतले ब्लक गरेका साइटहरु नेपालमा ती आइएसपीहरुबाट खोल्दा "अदालतको आदेश अनुसार साइट ब्लक गरिएकोछ" (Access to this site has been blocked as per Court Orders) भन्ने व्यहोराको म्यासेज देखिन्छ । केही साथीहरुले एनटीसीको एडिएसलमा पनि केही साइटहरु ब्लक भएको गुनासो गर्नुभएकोछ । हाम्रो जानकारी अनुसार ब्रोडलिंक र सुविसुका ग्राहकहरुले सेन्सरसिपको सामना गर्नुपरेको छैन ।

भारतमा साइट ब्लक गरिँदा नेपालमा कसरी ब्लक भयो?

नेपालका प्राय: इन्टरनेट सेवा प्रदायकहरु जस्तो वल्डलिंक, वेवसर्फर, एनसेल आदिले अन्तराष्ट्रिय व्यान्डविथको लागि एयरटेल, रिलायन्स, टाटा लगायतका गेटवे प्रयोग गरेकाछन् । अत जब कसैले नेपालबाट यी माथि भनिएका आइएसपीमार्फत सर्भरमा रिक्वेष्ट पठाउँछन्, त्यो रिक्वेष्ट एयरटेल, रिलायन्स सम्म पुगेपछि ब्लक हुन्छ, अर्थात तोकिएको ठाउँमा रिक्वेष्ट जाँदैन र हामीले साइट ब्लक गरिएको व्यहोराको सूचना पढ्छौँ । जस्तो कि, मैले एनसेल मार्फत पेष्टविन खोल्न खोज्छु भने, मेरो रिक्वेष्ट एनसेल हुँदै, एयरटेलसम्म पुग्छ तर त्यहाँबाट अघि बढ्न सक्दैन । कहिलेकाँही झूक्किएर साइटमा पुगियो भने बुझे हुन्छ, कुनै अर्कै गेटवेबाट हामी भित्र छिरेका छौँ। एनसेल मात्र होइन, भारतिय गेटवे प्रयोग गर्ने अधिकांश नेपाली आइएसपीहरुमा माथि उल्लेख गरिएका साइटहरु ब्लक भएका छन् ।
फेरि पनि भन्छु सबैभन्दा विडम्वना चाँही भारतको कानुन अनुसार हामी पनि चल्नुपर्ने भयो । भारतको सर्वोच्च अदालतको आदेश मान्दै हाम्रोमा पनि अघोषित रुपमा साइट ब्लक भयो । नेपालमा साइट ब्लक भएको २ दिन भइसकेको छ, तर नेपाली आइएसपीहरुले यस विषयमा कुनै कदम चालेको वा नचालेको थाहा हुन सकेको छैन । यो विषयमा नेपाली आइएसपीहरु पनि जिम्मेवारछन् जस्तो लाग्छ । भारतिय आइएसपीहरु सँग, नेपाली कम्पनीहरुको कस्तो सम्झौता छ त थाहा छैन तर उताको आदेशले यता साइट ब्लक हुनु अत्यन्तै लज्जाजनक र आपत्तिजनक छ । यो विषयमा बोल्ने को ? प्रोक्सीबाट साइटहरु खोल्न सकिन्छ, तर यहाँ त प्रोक्सीको कुरा भन्दा पनि हामीहरुको स्वाभिमान र हाम्रो अधिकारको कुरो आयो । नेपाली आइएसपीहरुले यो विषयमा भारतिय कम्पनीहरु सँग छलफल गरेर, चाँडो भन्दा चाँडो निकास निकाल्न जरुरी छ । हैन, इन्टरनेटमा पनि भारतले जे गर्छ, त्यही सहनुपर्ने हो भने, यो हाम्रोलागि साह्रै पिडादायक क्षण हो । यी वल्डलिंक, वेवसर्फर, एनसेल लगायतका आइएसपीहरुले पनि सुविसु आदिका झैँ तेस्रो मुलुकका इन्टरनेट प्रदायक कम्पनीहरुसँगबाट ब्यान्डविथ लिनुपर्ने जरुरी देखिएकोछ । पैसा लिने तर सर्भिस दिन चाँही लापरवाही गर्न पाइँदैन, कम्पनीहरुले आफ्ना ग्राहकका बारेमा सोच्नु जरुरी छ ।

    WorldLink is now routing its traffic via another gateway. So, there should not be any problem in accessing above mentioned sites.

    But it is because of Indian government that Nepal is suffering from Internet Censorship. Nepalese government doesn't give a shit about internet censorship or even the Internet for that matter?  - they are too busy breaking down this country apart in the name of Federalism. Just because Indians suffer from Internet Censorship does not mean Nepalese have to.

    I do not have any problem accessing to those websites and I have ADSL service. Anonymous have to keep pressurizing Indian Government. Because of Indian Government's stupidity - Nepal is also being affected. Internet Censorship is never an answer! This has to stop.

    Yes! I think, It's between ISPs. Mentioned in the blog as well. And another line added since, we keep on getting "Access to this site has been blocked as per Court Orders". But I agree with your point, it's not about Nepal & India, but about ISPs.

    I think this is a purely technical issue and not an issue of Indian encroachment on our sovereignty as mentioned in the article. Its has to do with how the network is setup between the ISPs in Nepal and India. Please don't distort the issue into a nationality issue.

The result of the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) 2068/2069 examinations held earlier this year is going to published today (by Wednesday evening). SLC Result 2068/2069 Published

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi has published the results of the SLC examination for the academic year 2068, on Wednesday evening. SLC Results 2068/2069 to Publish in Mid June

The result of the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) 2068/2069 examinations held earlier this year will be published in mid June (First week of Asar). According to ekantipur , the Office of the Controller of Examinations is going to publish the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) results 2068 in third week of June. Deputy Controller Ambika Pd. Regmi said, “We are trying to publish the result as soon as possible. If we go according to our plan the results would be out by the third week of June”.
