BarCamp Kathmandu 2011 on 6th August #barcampktm

An ad-hoc ‘un-conference’ BarCamp is being organized on 6^th August at Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) Jawalakhel, Lalitpur Nepal.

BarCamp is a common ground for like-minded people. It is about change and innovation. BarCamp is a free event, which means everyone is invited. It is participant driven program where discussions are not limited to just one topic, but a wide range of topics. BarCamp offers a favorable environment for young, motivated and talented people to interact. More importantly, it is where ideas get shared, created and advanced. This is not a formal gathering of black suits but an intense camp for those who strive to achieve.

“We believe BarCamp Kathmandu 2011 will be a great opportunity to network with likeminded people and interact with potential customers, clients, and maybe even competitors! If you plan to reach out to the young and motivated in Nepal, this is the place to do it”, according to BarCamp Kathmandu 2011 Organizing Committee.

The whole event will be streamed live on the internet. There will be tremendous coverage of the BarCamp on the internet via blogs, Facebook, Twitter and other social networks as well.

Shirish Ko Phool : Review & Download

One of the finest book ever written in Nepali literature....Shirish Ko Phool and one of my personal favorite. I have read this novel over four times or say five times..and each time I finish the novel I feel pang and it hangs on my head for so many days. Why guilt is so painful that made such a strong woman called Sakambari to suicide..or die…?? The novel has a wonderful language..the simplest of all. When I had read it for the first time..to tell the truth that I hadn’t really understood the novel, I felt the love story in it and I could not understand the passion in the novel.. But this day I may say I am able to figure out the passion and the feelings of the author.. I really appreciate the wonderful story, the plot the real setting, the real characters…and the situation of the novel till it ends. The pain of running away from the feelings and passion. KU Holi 2066 [Pictures]

This year also, I’ve celebrated Holi (Fagu Purnima) at Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel Kavre. This is my 3rd Holi at KU. Holi is one of the most interesting event over here.
