Screening of Short Movies & Documentaries [INVITATION]

This month ‘April’ seems to be movie month, here in Kathmandu. Short Nepali Movies and Documentaries are screening everyday, but I guess I’ll miss them all.

We have got invitations for following Movie shows for this week. If you love to watch short Movies and Documentaries then you can join them. 

Cine-saptaha: generation zed and between the line

You are invited to Screening of "Between the line" a film by Kailash K Shrestha and AbhiManyu Dixit's Film "generation ged" at Docskool Film Centre, Gaurighat Right next to Vice-President Parmananda Jha's Resident.

NYAP film series

UNYAP (United Nations Youth Advisory Panel) takes great pleasure in inviting you to the 1st episode of UNYAP film series. The film series is a regular event organized by UNYAP and hosted by UNCT (United Nations Country Teams).

There will be screening of two documentary viz: "New Data on rise of Women by Hanna Rosin and Asia's rise -- how and when by Hans Rosling followed by a discussion on Census 2011: Data for Development facilitated by UNFPA.

Rato Ghar Documentaries & Films Show

With immense courtesy we heartily welcome you to participate in fortnightly documentaries and films shows.SALGI based on novel “Salgi ko Balatkrit Aashu” of Parijat by Badri Adhikari is the feature film  to be screened this Sunday, 10th April.

A brief talk session will follow among participants to analyze the different perspective in which your inputs will be highly motivational. Come speak your mind for change of society!

    These are the times I wish I was in Kathmandu at the moment! so many good movies to see. One of the only Nepali documentaries I've seen is 'Sari Soldiers' and it was brilliant!

SLC Result 2068/2069 Published

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi has published the results of the SLC examination for the academic year 2068, on Wednesday evening. Out of 528,257 examines, 47.16 percent students passed the SLC this year. According to OCE, 2,47,689 regular students passed the exam under the regular, whereas 82,283 students have passed under the exempted category. We've uploaded SLC Result 2068 in .pdf format. Download and Install Nepali Unicode Romanised to write in Nepali all over the web. First of all, you have to Download and Run the Program on your computer. Radha by Krishna Dharabasi is wonderful novel based on traditional era of Lord Krishna and Radha. The traditional plot of the story makes the readers/listeners feel that Dharabasi is narrating us the same old story of love of Radha and Krishna.
