type='text'>Bio-Data of next "Rebel Madhesi"- the fighter for ...

Bio-Data of next "Rebel Madhesi"- the fighter for Madhesi Rights-- the synonym of "Bribe" and "Corruption"-- Joint Coordinator of MPRF, the hope for madhesi people and whole Nepali: You can guess his name: several time winner in the olympic race for the ministerial post, former minister for information and communication: Mr Jayaprakash Prasad Gupta. This fighter who says now that there is so inequality between Pahade and Madhesi that they are even ready to block Kathmandu(like Nalapani by British) if their demands are not fulfilled. And what he told some years back when he was the minister."Our hometown, Kanchanpur village of Saptari has a mixed population of Madhesis and Pahades. My best childhood friend was a Pahade. There was perfect harmony in my village. The village chief was elected from the Pahade community whereas the deputy was from the Madeshi community, just to strike a balance". First question is now: How many Pahades live in that Kanchanpur village now-- i have not been there but i can guess less than 5-10% (due to massive infiltration from Bihar) and replacement of Pahade community from that place. Now there is no need to elect a pahade village chief, the reason is very simple. After King took rule under himself many ministers are arrested in charge of bribery and corruption- among them were -- Bahun Chiranjibi wagle, Kchetri Khum Bahadur, Tharu Bijaya Gachchadar, Madhesi Jayaprakash, Bahun Govinda Raj Joshi, Kchetri Sher bahadur Deuba, Newar Prakash man singh--- But what Mr Gupta wrote in his book which he thinks will be "bible" for Madhesi???" I was arrsted twice because I 'm Madhesi and they misbehaved also because i'm Madhesi". I especially write here castes of all arrsted to show what a liar this Gupta is(not ony Madhesi is arrested and charged). Regarding his innocence of Bribery and Corruption, personally i can challange him in one case: When he was the minister of information and communication, he took 10 lakhs as a bribe to give the licence from a private TV channel which is now a very popular channel in Nepal. You are a briber, and when captured and detained blaming Pahade for that?? Then why dont you say all Pahade gave me chance to get in such a high post as minister? You shameless donkey??? When in power, he was very powerful. New generation Madhesi can not imagine it. Please read the following news: After the election of 2056, for 10 month Krishna Prasad Bhattari became the PM. But Girija gang(Gupta was an influential leader of then Girija gang) threw Kishunjee. After resigning, Kisunjee started to get his power back. Mr Gupta was sent By Girija to threat Kishunjee where he told exacty: "Don't grumble, Kishunjee. Get 58 signatures and change the government. These exercises only invite unnecessary instability." Friends do you remember the scandal about Maoist Rabindra Shreshtha and coming in TV screen of detained Maoists Dina nath Gautam nad Dinesh Sharma. Rabindra Shrestha, one may recall, was the man who was holding talks in November 2000 in the chambers of then-Deputy Prime Minister Ram Chandra Poudel while another act was being unfolded at the behest of Information and Communication Minister Jaya Prakash Prasad Gupta. Gupta, supposedly acting on the instructions of Prime Minister Prasad Koirala, had produced two Maoist detainees - Dinesh Sharma and Dina Nath Gautam before TV cameras to denounce the Maoist "people's war" before setting them free. all these fact show that Mr. Gupta was very powerful in Pahade regime, and all his behaviour now is just "Gohiko Aashu". But the question is why??? Why he left Nepali Congress and join MPRF. The reason is very obvious: After Gyanendra arrested and charged all "Vrastachari" of Nepali Congress, there is little chance for these people to go to power again(do you know what is doing Chiranjibi or Khum bahadur, or Govinda Joshi..... for me i dont know). So Mr Gupta seeing that If he will be attached to NC, his career has gone, take the step to change the party, a new party. Actually his luck is good that he is a Madhesi, and could come back to power in Madhei sentiment(but bad luck for Chiranjibi, Khume, Jhosi that they are Pahade and they have no chance in Nepali politics now-- how they are defeated in the last election we all remember. So Gupta is barking like a mad dog, not for Madhesi, but for his own good career, for power which he loves so much and which gives him wealth also.

Nice post!

Equality is very vague term and ...

Nice post!

Equality is very vague term and can be defined in many ways. But as long as there is equality of opportunities, all other things vanishes.

I think in Nepal it was there,is there now and is being continuing.

No one is barred from any opportunities only due to his/her race or color.

Any Nepali citizen can be the prime minister (and even president) of Nepal and all are free to compete in any other field despite of his/her color, race or caste. One of his old friend and collegue in that commitee told me how Mahanta worked there.:::::::::" He was always sitting alone in the corner of the table at the far side and rarely participated in any discussions. When asked by then NC district Chief Ramhari Jhosi- Mahantaji, what do you think about it?, he always nodded his head saying like "thikai cha" or 'thik chaina' dependeng on how Jhoshi asked the question- positively or negatively.Mahanta's old friend also told "Mahanta is not such kind of personality having own opinion, rather he can follow other's instruction nicely."For me it was a surprise as "the Fighting Madhesi "leader now want to be "Masiha" of all Madhesi and i asked a natural question to his old friend" What do you think about Mahanta opening his new own party-- is this his own thoughts?" That man laughed very loudly and replied-" Look, Mahanta is very well in doing things , but to take such a risky initiative , its not for him. We, his collegues are always surprised of his rocketing career in the NC- becoming Central Commitee Member and the Central Treasurer of the party- but now it is obvious for us how it is done." What obvious for his fellow partyman , not clear for me though i can guess it. Some 6-7 years ago, i have a chance to go to Mahanta,s Ministerial quarter with a delegation. Then i found him very sober and good person. After that meeting, downstairs, where there are his PA and other assistants when i talked about Mahanta's goodness and reputation without corruption- what one of the assistant told with sarcasm shocked me." He need not do any corruption, he has other sources of income, a Big house in Delhi and Some good Bank Balances" Listening such things from his nearest and dearest carried me to the view that something not so straight here. And again that year one more thing happened. Nepal govn is doing always many blunders- one of them is to let the Indian Embassy direct approach to DDC(Distric Development Commitee). From that time they are building school buildings in different places directly bypassing the central govn. And, attention, one of the first such project has gone to-- of course Mahanta- In Sarlahi 3-4 such buildings were built( Here Indian Embassy has direct approach to DDC which is totally objectionable ).Placing all these facts in one place, i'm now able to say the reasons of rocketing career of this inocent-like fellow from Malangawa-- he is a sponsored fellow. When MURGA is blocking CA and all things related to constitution making in Nepal, the role of Mahanta's new party and how it is formed should also be analysed. In the first Madhesi Andolan, there are questions of unequalities and all including Pahades, Civil Society supported that movement. Only after Mahanta formed his party- "they started the demand of "Single Madhes"-- which is clearly sponsored and many Mahanta's Madhesi friends from the NC even rejected this new party smelling something bad behind it. At last, he collected(or somebody helped to collect him) rotten eggs like Hridesh Tripathi, Shukla etc to form this sponsored party. If you want to find the proof of this sponsorship nepali media of that period(3-4 months back) is full of this when and in which hotels meetings took place. What we just have left to know is the name of the sponsor(for more than 20 years)--- India, Indian Embassy and the RAW.
